GINSER 461
|
In GINSER 461, we combined
various polyglycol ethers as high molecular weight
surfactants. Since the components in GINSER are non-ionic,
they practically do not react with other high-molecular
compounds and do not bind metal ions in electrolyte solutions.
Thanks to the synergism of the components in this tried and
tested formulation, GINSER 461
is an excellent choice for very cost-effective treatments in
order to
- prevent and/or reduce biological as well as non-biological
sediment formation and
- prevent odour problems and corrosion related to the growth
of micro-organism

GINSER 568
|
GINSER 568 performs great
when it comes to dissolving the filtration residues on screens
or felt, such as tar, bitumen, resins, wet-strength resins and
similar substances. Such residues are commonplace in the paper
industry. GINSER 568 does
not only detach the above described residues but also
emulsifies them. The emulsifiers guarantee the efficacy of the
cleansing agent GINSER 568.
GINSER 568 effectively
cleans screens made of bronze or plastic as well as
synthetic felt inside and outside paper, paper board, or
tissue machines. GINSER 568
is particularly suitable for the purpose of loosening and
emulsifying dirt and residues. Apply undiluted or
concentrated GINSER 568 to
screens, which are clogged with bitumen or resins, and allow
it to work long enough to loosen the residues. You can then
rinse off the residues. If GINSER
568 is added to the spray water it will
continuously keep the screen clean.
While the machine operates, a 1.0 to 2.0 % solution of GINSER 568 is applied using an
injection pipe. The emulsifier in the spray ensures that the
dirt detaches from the components and is swept away.

569

GINSER 569 performs great
when it comes to loosening and emulsifying the filtration
residues on screens or felt, such as tar, bitumen, resins,
wet-strength resins and similar substances. Such residues are
commonplace in the paper industry. Different from most
commercially available screen and felt cleaners, GINSER
569 solutions do not just emulsify dirt but also help
to detach it from surfaces. Once the dirt particles do not
stick quite so tightly to the surface any more, the
emulsifiers will do their work. Finally, dirt can be easily
washed away
