GINSER 128 N
|
GINSER 128 N is a highly
effective microbicide formulation with a broad efficacy
spectrum from aerobic and anaerobic bacteria to mould. This
spectrum covers most micro-organisms, which are known to cause
harm in the paper production and preservation. This product is
also highly efficacious against sulphate-reducing bacteria and
their metabolic products. GINSER
128 N is also an excellent preservative for filler
and pigment slurries. The excellent solubility in water
ensures the optimal distribution in production systems.
GINSER 128 N due to this
excellent water solubility, GINSER
128 N may be added at any point in the
material/water circulation. In the usual applications, the
dosages range from 50 to 150 g per gross ton of paper.
However, the applied amounts vary with the specific local
conditions. In addition, GINSER
128 N works extremely well as microbicide in the
treatment and preservation of heavily microbe-infested
cellulose and wood pulp. The effective amount is about 150 -
250 g/t absolutely dry wood pulp. Dependent on the storage
time and the microbial load, the dosages for use as
preservative range from 150 to 2,000 ppm.

GINSER
129
|
GINSER 129 is designed for
the treatment of slimy systems with a high load of aerobic and
anaerobic bacteria. GINSER 129
contains surfactants for improved wetting. This ensures a
better penetration of the active substances and a very
efficient control of microbial growth in the material/water
circulation systems. It also shows improved efficacy as
preservative.
Due to this excellent water solubility, GINSER
129 may be added at any point in the material/water
circulation. The usual dosages range from 50 to 150 g per
gross ton of paper. In addition, GINSER 129 works extremely
well as added microbicide in the treatment and preservation
of heavily microbe-infested cellulose and wood pulp. GINSER 129 works well over an
extended time because it shows excellent affinity to fibrous
materials. Effective treatments require dosages between 150
and 250 g per ton of absolutely dry material. GINSER
129 is an excellent technical preservative and
algaecide.

GINSER 411
|
GINSER 411 excels through
efficacy, low toxicity and biological biodegradability. The
formulation has optimal characteristics as preservative and
effectively suppresses the formation of sludge in industrial
water circulation systems. With its wide range of efficacy GINSER 411 kills aerobic and
anaerobic bacteria as well as yeast and mould.

GINSER 412
|
GINSER 412 is a tried and
tested, extremely efficacious broad spectrum biocide. In GINSER 412, we combine polyglycol
ether with a microbicide, which has an excellent track record
in the paper industry. This formulation offers cellulose
producers and paper mills a very economical treatment, which
will reduce and prevent sedimentation and sludge formation in
their production lines.
Due to the excellent water solubility, GINSER
412 can be added at any point in the material/water
circulation. GINSER 412 is
also suitable for the additional treatment of materials and
components, which show heavy microbial contamination.
Practical experience with GINSER
412 shows that semi-continuous applications three
to eight times in 4 to 8-hour intervals work best. The
dosages for the treatment of circulation systems for paper
machines tend to range from 50 to 150 g per gross ton of
paper. However, the applied amounts vary greatly with the
specific local conditions.

GINSER 455
|
The newly developed GINSER 455
is a highly efficacious broad spectrum biocide. In GINSER
455, we combine a polyglycol ether with a
microbicide, which has an excellent track record in the paper
industry. This formulation offers cellulose producers and
paper mills a very cost-effective treatment, which will reduce
or prevent sedimentation and sludge formation in their
production lines.
Due to the excellent water solubility, GINSER
455 may be added at any point in the material/water
circulation. Practical experience with GINSER
455 shows that a semi-continuous application in 6
to 12 intervals works best. Usually, the GINSER
455 dosages for the treatment of paper machine
circulation systems range from 2 to 25 g/m3.
However, the required dosages depend largely on the specific
local conditions.

GINSER
621
|
Thanks to the highly efficacious formulation of various
microbicides, GINSER 621 is
a potent bactericide and fungicide. Due to the balanced
composition, GINSER 621 is
not only a fast-acting microbicide but also a long-time
preservative. This makes GINSER 621
particularly suitable for the preservation of various filler
slurries and emulsion paints. The product is also suitable for
the in-can preservation of such products. The excellent water
solubility ensures the optimal distribution of the active
agents throughout the respective systems. GINSER
621 is compatible with the usual components found in
pigment slurries and coating paints. It can therefore also be
used for the post-production preservation. Optimal efficacy is
observed in the pH range from slightly acidic to medium
alkaline.
